Solutions TFC Flow
An IP control game-changer for live events and the broadcast industry.
TFC Flow can do it all.
Whether you have an extensive or complex live event, need long-distance coverage or location, or need to manage and distribute multiple feeds in a TOC, TFC Flow can handle it all.
Powered by TFC – NEP’s proprietary control system.
TFC Flow leverages the full capabilities of TFC “Total Facility Control”, NEP’s web-based multi-functional control platform which is designed to make IP signal distribution easy. It provides an intuitive touchpoint for controlling, configuring, managing and monitoring deployed facilities.

How does TFC Flow work?
At least one Primary Node is always required for each location to enable a live event network via TFC Flow.
Multiple Secondary Nodes or Throwdown Nodes can be used to pick up signals throughout the location.
Primary Nodes, Secondary Nodes, and Throwdown Nodes are connected within a location via mesh network technology via redundant red and blue IP paths.
If necessary, we can connect Primary Nodes from multiple locations via fiber optics and allow these to function as one system.
The system can easily be scaled up and down to process as many signals, nodes and locations as needed.

What’s in a node?
Each deployment of TFC Flow requires at least one Primary Node. The solution can be scaled up by adding multiple Primary Nodes, Secondary Nodes or Throwdown Nodes – all on one unified network.
A standard primary node comes with:
- 3G SDI (FHD)16×16 (upgradeable with 8×8 cards up to 32×32)
- Audio and Intercom deliverable through optional breakout boxes (or via 40x available RJ45 PoE data ports)
- PC running TFC server
- Dual redundant High bandwidth enterprise level switches
- UPS and two cores of dark fiber between nodes
A standard Secondary Node comes with:
- 3G SDI (FHD)16×16 (upgradeable with 8×8 cards up to to 32×32)
- Audio and Intercom deliverable through optional breakout boxes (or via 40x available RJ45 PoE data ports)
- UPS and two cores of dark fiber between nodes
A standard Throwdown Node comes with:
- 3G SDI (FHD) 4×4, 2×6, or 6×2 (depending on configuration) – Small form factor and silent.
- Audio and Intercom deliverable through optional breakout boxes (or via 40x available RJ45 PoE data ports)
