A high-level experience. Both online and physical.
Alteryx is an American tech company focused on automating and making analytics and data accessible. Alteryx brought together data experts, innovators and end decision makers from around the world at Inspire EMEA 2022. With a comprehensive program of keynotes, training sessions and in-depth breakout sessions, this event was designed to explore and share current topics, and to learn from each other. Faber was asked as a partner in facilitating a hybrid event.
Full hybrid experience
Alteryx is one of the leaders in data analysis and processing. With the hybrid event Inspire, the goal was to get all the major experts together at once: physically or online. Therefore, they were looking for a partner that offered high-end solutions. To live up to expectations, we focused on ensuring that the participants (physically and online) felt optimally involved. We did that by offering a fully integrated and tightly directed experience. A total package that we were able to make possible with a combination of high-quality equipment, reliable guidance and execution, and support from experienced professionals.
Live registration, direction, content playout and materials
In the plenary hall, we built LED screens, took care of lighting and sound, and supplied various cameras. We were responsible for directing and camera work ourselves. We also did the content playout: showing the right content at the right time on the right screens. In addition, we implemented the video and audio solutions for the breakout rooms: with projection, microphones, the sound table and content playout. Again, we provided the technicians to operate the equipment and direct.
Coding Grand Prix: spectacular to follow online and physically
What was special was that a coding Grand Prix was organized in the plenary hall. Four teams competed for the grand prize. We made sure that the competition could be followed online in a spectacular way. Moreover, the audience that was physically present could watch along on the LED screens in the hall.
