The merge will give opportunities to provide a broader (full-)service, turnkey solution for clients who desire this, in providing AV, show control and content creation for live events clients.
This will be a great cultural fit for Faber and loop light & n.o.me, as the companies share similar core values and service-oriented cultures centred on delivering exceptional, innovative technical and creative solutions for clients.
The partners are looking forward to cooperating on further expansion of their proposition, especially in Germany. Also within the NEP Group, this merger is seen as an important added value in becoming a 360 degree supplier network.
