Following a European tendering procedure, the Dutch company Faber Audiovisuals has been selected as the video partner for the 65th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest 2020. The Netherlands was appointed as host country after Duncan Laurence won the previous edition with his song Arcade.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2020 will take place in Rotterdam Ahoy. The semi-finals will be held on Tuesday May 12th and Thursday May 14th, and the finals on Saturday May 16th, live from Ahoy.

With more than 180 million television viewers worldwide and very sophisticated technology on a large scale, this is one of the largest live television programmes in the world.

The organisation of Eurovision Song Contest 2020 is a collaboration between NPO, NOS and AVROTROS, in co-production with the EBU (European Broadcasting Union).

Faber Audiovisuals will supply all LED screens, Video Projections, Media Servers, TV-circuitry and video crew for this large-scale production. In addition, the Faber project managers are busy taking stock of the (video) wishes of the 41 participating delegations.

Cees Jan Faber, CEO Faber Audiovisuals: “To facilitate such a prestigious event as the Eurovision Song Contest is an enormous honour. A special assignment to which the Faber Audiovisuals team will proudly contribute its expertise and dedication.”[divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”30″][divider line_type=”Full Width Line” line_thickness=”1″ divider_color=”default” custom_height=”50″][social_buttons full_width_icons=”true” facebook=”true” twitter=”true” linkedin=”true”]
