Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage selects new AV partner

Together with Faber Audiovisuals BV from Sint Annaparochie and Ampco Flashlight Rental BV in Utrecht, the Amsterdam Conference Centre will, in the coming years, continue to invest in the most innovative audio-visual solutions in the former Stock Exchange.
Exceed expectations
The building, designed by H.P. Berlage, was opened in 1903 as the stock exchange and the commercial centre of the Netherlands. It has a long history of trade, craftsmanship and mercantilism. In recent years, the building has been developed into a unique, inspirational, first-class conference venue. The mission of this Amsterdam Conference Centre is to offer all visitors and users a unique experience at a very high level and to exceed the expectations of its customers and guests. Above all, the Beurs van Berlage’s strength is always looking for the best solution, to ensure every event that takes place in this unique venue, is unforgettable.
Solution-oriented thinking
The collaboration with Faber and Ampco Flashlight will ensure that all possible meetings held in the Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage, are supported by the most innovative audio-visual solutions. “For us it is important to be innovative and, together with the client, to come up with innovative solutions. In addition, we always strive to deliver the highest possible quality. We look forward to a good co-operation,” said Faber’s CEO Cees Jan Faber. “We find it important to actively brainstorm with our clients on the accomplishments and look forward to a pleasant and inspiring co-operation,” Ampco Flashlight’s CEO Dick van Berkum adds.
Off the beaten track
It was not an easy decision to end a successful co-operation. “We have chosen the combination Faber / Ampco because they can offer perfect AV support to many international conferences, where the market is changing fast and our customers expect only the best,” explains Beurs van Berlage’s Operational Director Lydia Baloe. “We especially chose this combination because they, with their vast experience in the international entertainment world, dare to go – when the customer wants – off the beaten track”, confirms Marcel Schonenberg, Amsterdam Conference Centre Beurs van Berlage’s Managing Director.
